Stay away from trip to Chiang Rai - blue temple/ white temple etcetera it’s an exceedingly great distance, truly, seriously chaotic. They may be each quite new and have a contact in the ‘Disney’ about them. Excellent day out - historical ruins or authentic outdated town of Chiang M
